All retainers are non-refundable, as they secure your session date and time.
Cancellations

3+ Days Before Session: Payments beyond the retainer may be refundable.

Less Than 3 Days: No refunds will be issued.
Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule one time at no additional cost if requested at least 3 days in advance.
Additional rescheduling may result in a fee.
Service Satisfaction
If there is a clear error in service on our part, we will work with you to:
