Supreme Shooters provides professional photography and videography services, including event coverage, portraits, creative shoots, branding, and editing.

 

 

Booking & Payments

 

 

• A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your date.

• Remaining balances must be paid by the due date listed on your invoice.

• Bookings are confirmed only after the retainer is received.

 

 

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

 

 

• Cancellations made at least 3 days before the scheduled session may be eligible for a refund of any payments made beyond the retainer.

• Cancellations within 3 days are non-refundable.

• Clients may reschedule once with at least 3 days’ notice at no extra cost.

 

 

 

Client Responsibilities

 

 

• Provide accurate information for the session or event.

• Arrive on time or ensure the event timeline is followed.

• Secure all necessary permissions for shooting locations or individuals.

 

 

 

Our Responsibilities

 

 

• Deliver professional-quality edited photos and/or videos as described in your booked package.

• Communicate turnaround times and updates promptly.

• Maintain professionalism, safety, and confidentiality.

 

 

 

Copyright & Usage Rights

 

 

Supreme Shooters retains copyright to all images and video created unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients receive usage rights as defined by their package (personal, business, or commercial use).

 

 

Limitations of Liability

 

 

We are not responsible for:

 

• Delays due to weather, venue restrictions, or unforeseen emergencies

• Lost or damaged files due to events outside our control

• Issues caused by client delays or failure to follow guidelines

 

 

 

Governing Law

 

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
